Steve Centrella joined the Mandy & David Team with 10 years’ experience in real estate and broad expertise in all aspects of home buying and selling. Licensed in DC, Maryland and Virginia, Steve has lived in the area since 2000, cultivating a deep understanding of the area’s unique real estate market. With hundreds of transactions to his name, Steve ensures his clients have a holistic view of what purchasing and owning a home means. Everyone has a home buying or selling goal – Steve helps his clients parse that goal then achieve it. By educating his clients about the real estate process, the market and even each specific home, he guides them through their real estate journey to the decision that is right for them. Raised in the Boston area with a close-knit extended family, Steve came to DC to attend American University and now lives in Chevy Chase, DC, with his wife and son. In his free time, you’ll find him enjoying the outdoors, reading, or in the kitchen where he loves to grill and barbecue.
